AuditorMate - Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the AuditorMate app, provided by Downloadable Company Solutions (company number SC894040), registered office 79 Provanmill Road, Glasgow, G33 1BB. By creating an account or using AuditorMate you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What AuditorMate is - and isn't

AuditorMate helps you create, organise and manage risk assessments, RAMS reviews, audits and related documentation, including AI-generated suggestions (hazard identification, document summaries, and answers to questions). AuditorMate, including its AI features, is a productivity aid. It is not a substitute for a competent person's professional judgement, for formal legal advice, or for a qualified health & safety consultant, and you remain responsible for reviewing and validating anything the app produces before relying on it or acting on it.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use AuditorMate only for lawful purposes connected to health & safety management. Don't try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend services, and don't upload content you don't have the right to upload.

Plans and payment

Some features are part of AuditorMate Premium. Premium access may be granted by your organisation's administrator or purchased through the App Store / Google Play, in which case that store's payment terms and refund policy also apply.

Team features

If you invite colleagues to your AuditorMate team using an invite code, they will be able to see and edit shared team content (such as your company profile and, over time, shared records). Only invite people you want to have that access, and remove them from Settings if that changes.

Content ownership

You own the content you create in AuditorMate (your risk assessments, photos, documents, etc). You give us the limited right to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the service, including sending it to our AI processing service to generate the results you've asked for.

Disclaimers and liability

AuditorMate is provided "as is". AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong, and health & safety obligations are ultimately yours to meet. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI outputs or app content without your own professional review, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Ending your account

You can stop using AuditorMate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
