AuditorMate is a UK health & safety management app provided by Downloadable Company Solutions (company number SC894040), registered office 79 Provanmill Road, Glasgow, G33 1BB ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal data AuditorMate collects, why, and how it's used and protected under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Account details you provide (name, email or username, password). Content you create in the app: risk assessments, RAMS reviews, audits, hazard scan photos, uploaded documents, and your company profile/logo. Basic usage information needed to run the service (e.g. sign-in timestamps). Feedback you submit through the in-app Feedback screen.
To provide the core app: storing and syncing your risk assessments, audits, RAMS reviews and documents across your devices. To power AI features: hazard photos, RAMS documents and questions you ask are sent to our AI processing service to generate hazard summaries, document classifications and answers - solely to return that result to you, not for advertising. To manage your account, plan (Free/Premium) and, where applicable, team membership. To respond to feedback and support requests.
Firebase (Google) hosts our authentication, database and file storage. Cloudflare hosts the AI processing service AuditorMate calls to analyse photos, documents and questions; that service in turn calls a third-party AI model provider to generate results. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising or share it with data brokers.
Our service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards required under UK GDPR.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, associated content is deleted from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain limited data to meet a legal obligation.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and can object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
AuditorMate is a professional tool for workplace health & safety and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and let you know in-app if a change is significant.
